LED Lights For Channel Letters

Channel letter signs offer an affordable way to increase visibility for your business, with various fonts, sizes, and shapes to fit with branding standards. Plus they require less power consumption compared with other lighted signage options!

Face lit channel letters are one of the most widely recognized signs, drawing customers day and night. Their translucent acrylic face features lights which shine from behind it creating a halo effect for maximum impact.

Halo lit

Halo lit channel letters use LED illumination that shines from behind and to either side of each built-up letter, producing more dramatic lighting than face lighting signs and giving the sign an elegant, distinguished appearance. This type of illumination can help improve visibility in areas with excessive light pollution. It is particularly suited to signs that require a classier, distinguished appearance or in areas where light pollution poses issues.

Fabricated halo lit channel letters feature a Lexan removable can holder for easy LED servicing and are made with energy-efficient LED lighting. Multiple finishes are also available with optional detachable studs creating a 1-1/2″ standoff to further create sleek looks.

Our Halo Lit Sign is constructed using gold stainless steel, featuring acrylic front and 15mm clear acrylic back panels with warm LED modules embedded inside. Perfect for wall mounted office lobby signage. Customizable sizes and font options available as per client requirements – silver, gold, rose gold titanium black can all be selected as metal options with either brushed and mirror finishes for finishing options.

Face lit

Face lit channels are highly visible day and night signs that create an eye-catching statement. Constructed from aluminum back, aluminum sides (known as returns) and acrylic faces that can be customized painted, face lit channels make an immediate visual statement that commands attention.

Internally illuminated with LEDs boasting an estimated lifetime of 60,000 hours, the letters feature internal lighting with LEDs which provide ample illumination without impacting other lamps if one goes out. LEDs are wired parallel rather than in series to ensure that if one lamp fails it won’t affect others.

LED signs also consume significantly less energy than neon or other internally lit signs, plus due to being connected in parallel instead of series they allow individual bulbs to be replaced rather than replacing an entire sign, making these signs highly cost-effective.

Fabricated

Channel letter fabrication involves designing custom letters, numbers and logo symbols for business signage. Once created, these custom pieces can be used to spell out names or show company logos; then lit with either neon gas or LED lights for maximum visibility. They may require larger raceways for installation into walls as well as structural reinforcement due to their weight; additional raceway insertion points could be needed as well.

Fabricated channel letters are illuminated by LEDs and come in an assortment of sizes and depths. Constructed of aluminum faces and returns (letter sides), these signs may be front-lit, back-lit or dual-lit for optimal effects. A removable acrylic face may be routed into any letter shape you desire using routing tools before being secured into place with trim caps that come in various colors – from standard paint hues to brand specific or Pantone Matching System shades.

Custom

Custom LED channel letters create an eye-catching, professional appearance compared to neon signs which may break easily and often remain obscure during daytime hours, providing your business with an effective advertising tool that’s easily seen day and night.

Front lit channel letter signs (commonly known as standard channel letters) are the go-to type of illuminated sign for businesses. Constructed using aluminum backs, aluminum returns and acrylic faces – and custom painted to suit your company brand colors – front lit channel letter signs come complete with an inner lighting fixture as well as an optional trim cap at each end to complete this process.

Flush mount installations conceal the electrical supply and wiring behind your storefront’s facade, offering less holes drilled and being less vulnerable to weather damage. They’re increasingly popular among commercial buildings.
