Traffic was snarled on the northbound 405 Freeway in Fountain Valley on Monday afternoon after a truck became stuck under a bridge being constructed over the freeway at Brookhurst Street.
Caltrans at 4:16 p.m. said all northbound mainline lanes were blocked and a SigAlert was issued. By 6:29 p.m. all lanes had reopened and the SigAlert was canceled.
CBS Los Angeles reported engineers inspected the bridge before the freeway reopened.
