ORANGE – A 9-year-old girl toting a red suitcase went missing in the city of Orange on Saturday, and police are asking for residents to remain on the lookout to bring her home.

Emma Windjaja was last seen at around 10 p.m. Saturday near Kendra Loop and Serrano Avenue, the Orange Police Department said in a statement.

Emma, described as 4-feet-6-inches tall and weighing 70 pounds, was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue pants. Police were told she may have had the red suitcase with her.

Orange police urged anyone with information regarding Windjaja’s whereabouts to call them at 714-744-7444.
