Guard Hannah Stines, a first-team All-County selection at Troy High last season, has enrolled at Orangewood Academy, Spartans girls basketball coach Leslie Aragon confirmed Thursday, Feb. 18.
The versatile, 5-foot-10 junior helped the Warriors finish as the CIF-SS Division 1 runner-up to Harvard-Westlake in 2020 by averaging a team-high 13.3 points.
Stines also paced the Freeway League champion in rebounding (5.4), steals (2.8) and 3-pointers (71) and earned All-CIF and all-league honors.
Orangewood Academy captured the CIF-SS Division 2-AA title last season but was placed in Division 1 for the 2020-21 season.
Stines attended middle school at Orangewood Academy, Aragon said, before attending Troy.
