The Aquabats will kick off Footloose Fridays Concert Series in Irvine

The Orange County Soccer Club (OCSC) at the Championship Soccer Stadium in Irvine announced its Footloose Fridays Concert Series, which kicks off April 15 with superhero ska band The Aquabats along with Codename: Rocky and Half Past Two.

OCSC has partnered with craft beer and music festival promoter Brew Ha Ha Productions to bring family-friendly entertainment to the stadium through the summer. Sweet & Tender Hooligans (The Smiths and Morrissey tribute) and The Curse (The Cure tribute) will headline the venue on May 6 and a yet-to-be announced act will perform on June 24.

The concerts will be held inside the OCSC Fanzone at the stadium where there will also be a variety of food and beverage vendors on-site.

The Footloose Fridays Concert Series begins at 6 p.m. and parking is free. General admission tickets start at $25 and VIP tickets start at $75. Tickets for the April 15 and May 6 shows are on sale now at orangecountysoccer.com/concerts.
