A Newport Beach rental home occupied by Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Braunwyn Windham-Burke has listed for $6.795 million.

At nearly 8,000 square feet, the contemporary Cape Cod-style has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and an over-the-top basement.

The subterranean level packs in a movie theater with a stage, glass-enclosed gym, full ensuite bedroom, living room with outdoor access and a bonus room.

“This home is one of those rare and special properties that everyone wants to peek inside of,” said listing agent Holly Duplanty of Compass, adding that glimpses of the home were featured on season 14 of “RHOC.”

Costa Mesa-based builder Matt White Custom Homes and Newport Beach-based interior designer Karen Butera crafted the luxury home, and no expense was spared.

A two-story Swarovski crystal chandelier adorns the stairwell carpeted in a zebra pattern.

The kitchen boasts Modulnova white lacquer cabinets with black granite countertops, Ann Sacks glass tile backsplashes and an island of striped Macassar ebony. It flows into the family room with a Macassar ebony entertainment wall.

A three-sided fireplace opens to the dining and living room.

In the master suite, there’s a spa-style bathroom with a Kohler integrated tub and glass-walled shower. The master bedroom features a built-in sitting area.

There’s a “secret room” off of one of the secondary bedrooms.

“Top-of-the-line products were used throughout every inch of this home from the whole house Lutron lighting to the Swarovski crystal wallpaper,” Duplanty said. “This home truly sparkles.”

A lounge with a fire pit, dining and grilling areas and a combination basketball and volleyball court complete the backyard.

Compass declined to disclose the monthly rent, but the Multiple Listing Service shows it was let in November 2019 for $15,000 a month.

Windham-Burke, 43, made her “RHOC” debut in 2019 during the 14th season. After 20 years of marriage, the “wife” and mother of seven children stunned viewers last season when she came out as a lesbian and revealed she abuses alcohol.

Screen Rant reported the reality star is currently house hunting with “Selling Sunset” star Mary Fitzgerald of the Oppenheim Group as her real estate agent.
