First Lady Jill Biden is expected to be at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms on Wednesday, March 10, to meet with military families, according to military officials.
“It’s part of her campaign to help military families,” said Capt. Zachary Colvin, a base spokesman.
Biden is expected to tour a child development center and meet privately with some military families, according to a news release issued from her office.
Biden makes the stop at one of the Marine Corps’ largest training bases following visits to two other bases in Washington on Monday and Tuesday where she visited Joint Base Lewis-McChord and Naval Air Station Whidbey Island.
At each base, Biden also met privately with military families.
